The Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Education works closely with program directors, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows, organized in committees and advisory groups.
Graduate & Postdoctoral Education Committee
This committee is the main governing and consulting body of graduate and postdoctoral education in the Faculty of Medicine. Its voting members are the directors/advisors of all research- and course-based graduate programs in the Faculty of Medicine. The committee also includes graduate student and postdoc representatives as voting members.
Graduate Student Advisory Group
This group advises the Associate Dean and the Graduate and Postdoctoral Education office on matters relating to the quality of student services and improvements to the quality of academic life for students in Faculty of Medicine graduate programs.
Postdoctoral Fellow Advisory Group
This group acts as a link between the Faculty of Medicine Postdoctoral Fellows and the Graduate and Postdoctoral Education office. Its members advise the Associate Dean on diverse matters relating to postdoc training and experience in the Faculty of Medicine.
